In an effort to keep orthodontic fees down while maintaining the highest level of professional care, we have established our financial policy as follows:
- If full payment is made at the onset of the treatment, we will offer a fee discount.
- To fit the needs of our patients, a financial arrangement can be made to extend your payments over a period of months, following an appropriate down payment.
- For your convenience, we offer VISA, MASTERCARD, and DISCOVER services.
In case of serious delinquency, treatment will be discontinued, although we will make every effort to accommodate our patients with temporary difficulties.
If we have received all of your insurance information on the day of the appointment to start treatment, we will be happy to file your claim for you. You must be familiar with your insurance benefits, as we will require payment for the treatment fee. Please understand that we file dental insurance as a courtesy to our patients. We do not have a contract with your insurance company, only you do. We are not responsible for how your insurance company handles its claims or for what benefits they pay on a claim. We can only assist you in estimating your portion of the cost of treatment. We at no time guarantee what your insurance will or will not do with each claim. We also cannot be responsible for any errors in filing your insurance. Claims are filed as a courtesy to you.
Patients are seen by appointments only. Please call in advance so that we may reserve a time for you. The office telephone number is 630-769-0707. We make every effort to be on time for our patients, and ask that you extend the same courtesy to us. If you cannot keep an appointment, please notify us immediately. If possible please give us 24 hours notice. This courtesy on your part makes it possible for us to give your appointment to another patient.
If you have experienced any dental trauma, please either contact our office or your general dentist immediately. If you are experiencing discomfort, or are in need of emergency treatment, please call us as early in the day as possible and we can either schedule a time for you to come in to the office or walk you through options over the phone.
Should you have an emergency after hours or on weekends, please call our office, #630-769-0707, and follow the instructions given. A technician will be happy to assist you.
