I graduated as valedictorian of my dental school at Midwestern University, receiving the Dean’s award for the highest academic achievement in my graduating class, and I was elected to the Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honors society.

As an orthodontics resident at Marquette University, I was recipient of the Deerwood Endowed Orthodontics Scholarship. I also presented and received numerous awards for my research on applications of vibration therapy in orthodontics.
As a demonstration of my commitment to lifelong learning, I became board certified by the American Board of Orthodontics following my graduation from residency.
